Makes 1 cocktail

1 ounce Aperol
4 ounces champagne
Splash of club soda

Pour the Aperol into a large wine glass with ice cubes (we use two large ice cubes), then add the champagne and splash of soda. Garnish with an orange slice or a cherry, or both.
